Case studies are everywhere now — anyone can generate one. What turns a stack of cases
into clinical judgment is the architecture underneath them: the patterns that tell a student what
they are looking at, in any patient, on any unit.
That architecture is the Physiologic Frameworks — eleven frameworks, organized into three
tiers, that map how patients actually deteriorate. Your students stop memorizing individual
cases and start recognizing the patterns that repeat across all of them.

Question 1: What exactly do I get with the Complete Academy?

Question 2: What’s the difference between the tiers?
The founding cohort is the Complete Academy — all 7 didactic and 4 clinical modules, all 11 frameworks, the full toolkit, and the Founding Circle, at $397/year locked for two years. After founding, a Foundations tier ($297) offers the 3 overview modules and the Acute Deterioration frameworks; the Complete Academy is $597.
Question 3: What is the Founding Circle, and how is it different from the community?
The Founding Circle is a monthly live session with Dr. Julie — reserved for the first 100 founding members
only. The community is the always-on space where members share what’s working between sessions; the Founding Circle is live time with Dr. Julie, working through a real teaching challenge together and shaping what the Academy builds next. It’s yours for as long as your membership stays active, and it’s never offered to members who join later.
Question 4: How is this different from other case-study libraries?

Question 5: Do I need to prepare or build anything before I can use this?
No. Every case comes classroom-ready in student and faculty versions, with the decision-point structure, teaching
notes, and answer guidance already built in. You can bring a case to class this week
Question 6: Will this add to my workload?
It’s designed to do the opposite — to save you the hours you’d spend building active-learning activities from scratch. You get ready-to-teach materials plus a clear method for using them, so prep time goes down while engagement goes up.
Question 7: What courses and levels does it work for?
The frameworks and case structure apply across the curriculum — from foundational courses through capstone — and the case library spans complexity levels so you can match cases to where your students are.
Question 8: Is this for individual educators or whole programs?
Membership is an individual license for your own teaching. To deploy CJSM™ or the Patient Safety Standard™ across multiple faculty or your entire student body, that’s a separate institutional license — reach out and we’ll size it to
your program.
Question 9: Does it come with CE?
Yes. You earn accredited continuing-education contact hours as you complete the method training and case work — accredited through California and Florida, and recognized in most states through reciprocity. Confirm acceptance with your own state board.
Question 10: How does the founding rate work after the two years?
Your $397 founding rate is guaranteed for two full years from enrollment. After that, founding members will always receive our best loyalty pricing
Question 11: Is there a monthly payment option?
The founding offer is annual, and only the annual plan locks your $397 founding rate. A monthly option may be offered at standard pricing later, but it won’t carry the founding rate or the Founding Circle.
Question 12: What if it’s not right for me?
You can cancel anytime. Your founding rate holds for the two-year term for as long as your membership is active, and you’re never locked into a multi-year commitment.
